Congratulations! You are about to enjoy a private luxury stay at the Villa Punto de Vista Estate in Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica!
Your group leader is currently coordinating every logistics of your stay with our villa pre-arrival concierge. Later your group leader will be in contact with you to request key info from you such as your flight and arrival details (to best coordinate your private transportation to the villa), any dietary preferences and allergies in your group as well as other info to make your stay both bespoke and remarkable! Additionally they will be sending you an updated itinerary of your stay.
The estate consists of two luxury villas on our gated 2.5-acre private estate. They are:
8 Bedroom Villa La Isla & 10 bedroom Villa Punto de Vista
If your group leader booked both villas there will be an open internal connection to easily walk between the villas. If not, there will be no connection between the villas.
At Villa Punto de Vista and Villa La Isla, we offer a private, staffed, villa experience in an oceanfront and rainforest setting. The villas capture the essence of your own home by the sea with the amply sized social spaces, infrastructure and impeccable service of a small luxury boutique hotel.
Villa Staff
At Villa Punto de Vista our staff is the heart of your stay, they personally take pride of their experience and care of you as if they were family and want you to have an incredible stay and will be sure keep a smile on your face. Meet the staff:
Each villa is tended to by your personal butler/concierge both morning and night*.

Maintaining the villa and keeping your rooms beautiful is our villa housekeeping staff! The rooms, social areas, kitchen, etc. will be tended to and cleaned daily. They take care of everything you need within the rooms, including bedding/linens, fresh towels, etc will be laundered daily as you might expect in a luxury hotel. Our villa maintenance and security staff keep the villa running smoothly and safely.
Lastey, if the 5 – 7 minute walk to the beach isn’t in the cards, than let your villa chauffeur drive you down in our villa beach-access vehicle in one-minute flat! Here’s on call throughout the day.
Every morning, enjoy a handmade, gourmet breakfast that is complimentary with your stay (overnight guests only). It begins with the aroma of some of the world’s finest in-house coffee (Roasted just for us!), fresh delicious tropical juices, and sweet seasonal fruits picked from only a few valleys away.
Your daily gourmet breakfast is lovingly prepared by our onsite cook. Continental breakfast is served between 7 – 8am daily. Our full breakfast is served from 8 – 10 am daily and features a blend of both International and Costa Rican morning favorites, including eggs to order and an assortment of freshly baked breads, cereals and some of your chef’s inspired morning creations.
We only use the freshest and tastiest local ingredients. Add to all this, Punto de Vista’s signature tropical champagne mimosas and a breathtaking ocean view – really, it’s the best way to start the day.

The open-air, yet covered, dining areas at the Villa Punto de Vista Estate offer endless views upon the rainforest and the spectacular Manuel Antonio Bay. It’s no wonder the majority of your meals probably will be enjoyed here at the villa! Several wonderful options are possible to enjoy a gastronomic experience at Villa Punto de Vista:
Again, your villa butler/concierge will assist with ordering and giving you nearby ordering options that are available. Payment for delivery food and groceries is made on a credit card at the moment of delivery at the villa gate. For all dining options above (Chef-prepared, order-in or cook yourself meals) your group leader will be communicating that with your group on the Online Villa Stay Itinerary or directly.

Although we do not include beverages or sell beverages (outside of breakfast daily) there are many convenient ways to prepare the villa(s) with delicious and refreshing beverages.

Our location, just a short stroll to the beach (Rated as one of the top 12 best beaches in the world by Trip advisor!) — under a minute in our private beach buggy — but removed from the tourist bustle, is Manuel Antonio’s best. In fact, there is no other large, private villa in the region closer to the beach. And not just the beach: we’re only minutes to Manuel Antonio National Park, local spas, the best restaurants and top activities, like canopy ziplines, parasailing, hiking and catamaran sailing.
From the villa, the view stretches to tiny islands that dot the curving bay. Three types of monkeys chatter in the trees, where curious sloths also laze. Parrots, Toucans and colorful birds share the air space. This is Manuel Antonio, as seen from the picture-perfect heights of The Villa Punto de Vista Estate!

If you are like many that have stayed with us over the years, you are going to enjoy the luxury, location and the attentive service of our villa staff so much you may never want to leave the villa and our pristine beach!
But you are in exotic Costa Rica. Best to get out there and experience it! Most tours and activities in the area are within 15 – 45 minutes away leaving you time to spend more enjoying and less time traveling.
Itching to explore the rainforest hiking with a guide, on horseback or even on an ATV? Or get an adrenaline rush on a canopy zipline, wave running around the islands in front of the villa or catch dinner for all with world class sportfishing out of the local Marina Pez Vela! As any Boy Scout, it’s important to “Be Prepared” for your trip!
We want to be sure you have the best luxury vacation experience possible but are also prepared for Costa Rica’s unique tropical weather and other specifics to the country.
Casual comfort is the idea here. Breathable, light fabrics will serve you well in this tropical climate. Thin cotton or linen, airy athletic fabrics, and anything quick-dry will be assets on your adventure, as well as when packing since they’re so light and compact.
Light layers, rain jacket, convertible quick-dry pants, Sandals, and a pair of good-quality, broken-in (preferably waterproof) hiking shoes will be your best friends here. The idea is to stay comfortable by adding or removing layers!

At the villa, we are found on a 2.5 acre reserve surrounded by rainforest and our esteate has protective walls. The villa’s count on a full staff throughout the day and evening. At night there is an guard on duty at each villa.
Do not feed the animals! They are wild!
No, villa punto de vista includes breakfast to overnight guests only. Lunch and Dinner is coordinated with your group. With many delicious restaurants neraby or Cehf Services avaialble Lunch and dinner are in incredible experience!
