How do room arrangements work?

This is actually one of our guests’ favorite features when staying at Villa Punto de Vista. We don’t want people fighting over rooms or wasting precious vacation time thinking about which room they want. So, we like to take that question off the table since all the rooms are incredible!

Within your private planning portal, your group leader can drag and drop participants into specific villa rooms. They can note single-bed or double-bed configurations and add any notes that we should know about the guests. 

Within the portal, you’ll also find an interactive 3D rendering that will show you which rooms are in close proximity to help you make your decisions on where to put your guests!

Can the venue provide a level of privacy for corporate discussions and confidential meetings?

Yes! Our property is a secluded oasis on 2.5 acres of lush Costa Rican jungle with ocean views. Plus, unlike corporate conference centers or hotels, our villas are only rented to one group at a time for utmost privacy. You will not be sharing the villa with anyone but those participating in your event or meeting.

What type of corporate events do you typically host?

While we can host any corporate group, we typically host team-building events, team offsites, incentive trips, and general meetings or retreats.

Is the venue easily accessible for all participants, including those with mobility challenges?

Yes!

Are there recreational facilities or team-building activities available on-site or nearby?

Team building in Manuel Antonio is the best. The destination is built for it, really. You can do everything from “traditional” team-building activities like beach Olympics or a private charter to corporate social responsibility options like a local volunteer activity. You can also do canopy tours and kayak races. There’s really no limit to the creative options for team-building activities in Costa Rica!

Your pre-arrival concierge can work with your event coordinator or main contact to book team-building activities for your meeting or event.

Can the venue provide catering services for meetings, including coffee breaks, lunches, and dinners?

Absolutely. Your pre-arrival concierge will connect you with caterers and/ or private chefs so you can determine which service style suits your Costa Rica meeting best!

Plus, while staying on-site, guests are provided with a daily chef-cooked breakfast. It comes complete with fresh local fruit and a proprietary coffee blend made just for the villa. The perfect fuel for creative thinking!
