From there, you can review all the information in your guest portal and use the drag-and-drop itinerary-building feature. Your pre-arrival concierge will review the itinerary with you and book everything on your behalf. Yes, we require a damage deposit. We’ll return your security deposit, minus any repairs, within four weeks of check-out.
