They will also review dates you should book excursions by, how to manage guest transportation, etc.
From there, you can review all the information in your guest portal and use the drag-and-drop itinerary-building feature. Your pre-arrival concierge will review the itinerary with you and book everything on your behalf. Prior to your arrival, we’ll connect and ensure all your desired activities, additions, and inclusions are reserved and ready for you.

Yes, we require a damage deposit. We’ll return your security deposit, minus any repairs, within four weeks of check-out.
