Beach Butler Service
Villa Punto de Vista staff will set up chairs, tables, umbrellas, etc. all before you arrive. A cooler of cold spring water and drinks are brought from the villa with a private attendant at your service. A Chef will prepare a beach-front tropical delight, from a savory picnic lunch to an authentic Costa Rican beach BBQ!
Beach Buggy Service
The estate is only a short 5-minute walk to a golden-sand beach, and always within earshot of the sea. But the acquisition of our 6-Passenger, 2014 Polaris Ranger Crew Buggy really puts the villa on the sand!
The Villa Punto de Vista Estate offers a range of luxury services and amenities as well as on and off-site activities, offering the comforts of home, the extravagance of a five-star rainforest retreat, and all set in an exotic location beyond compare! The estate is staffed and rented with inclusive packages designed to make your stay as hassle-free as possible – allowing you to focus more fully on enjoying your vacation rental in Costa Rica. Our team strives to anticipate your every need and fulfill any additional requests you may have.
First-world comfort, even in the rainforest, is our objective, and we have met the challenge with the following systems to ensure both comfort and the smooth operation of any stay or event. Back-up Generator, Water Reservoir, Water Heating Redundancy System, Roof Top Tent.
Essentially, this means you can rent either Villa Punto de Vista, which can accommodate up to 30 guests, Villa La Isla, which can accommodate up to 24 guests, or do an estate buyout where your group has both villas for up to 54 guests.

As we’re a private luxury resort, we want to provide you with a personalized and exclusive booking experience. We want to make sure the villa is perfect for your group’s needs so we can customize a proposal for you. So, we like to hear from you before you book!
While our base packages aren’t all-inclusive, we can create an all-inclusive experience for you. We’re happy to pre-stock Villa Punto de Vista with beverages, mixers, snacks, and groceries upon request and at cost. However, unlike a resort, we never mark up for pre-stocked items!

We’ve based this list on the amenities you’ll find at the estate, so you will be able to savor every moment of your Costa Rican escape stress-free.
At Villa Punto de Vista Estate, we take pride in caring for the environment, from our avocado-made utensils to our compostable sugarcane husk food packaging and more. Reusable bottles can save a lot of plastic from reaching landfills and, eventually, our oceans. Regardless of whether you are able to bring a reusable water bottle or not, we appreciate your support in taking care of the environment!
