The Villas

In a way, yes. We are a private resort in Costa Rica, as we offer many of the benefits of a resort-style experience with the privacy and quality of a private villa. 

While our base packages aren’t all-inclusive, we can create an all-inclusive experience for you. We’re happy to pre-stock Villa Punto de Vista with beverages, mixers, snacks, and groceries upon request and at cost. However, unlike a resort, we never mark up for pre-stocked items!

So why do we work like this? 

Simple: Quality and flexibility.

Quality: The best, most memorable meals are made from the freshest, hand-selected, and [usually] local ingredients that reflect your tastes. At Villa Punto de Vista, we don’t want to limit your options with prix fixe menus, and we believe that you deserve nothing short of the finest ingredients possible.

Flexibility: With so many adventures in Manuel Antonio, from sport fishing to canopy tours, it’s likely you’ll miss at least a few meals at the villa. And we won’t make you pay for something you don’t need.

No, we do not. We have designed the villa with groups in mind, and they are rented as such. Each villa can be rented separately, or you can rent the entire estate with both villas.

Only for our guests. We do not rent the estate for meals or stand-alone events. However, we do organize elaborate events for our guests! We host retreats, meetings, weddings, retirement celebrations, vow renewals, milestone birthday celebrations, and more! However, you do have to be a guest to host an event on the property.

Absolutely. We host many multi-generational groups with diverse abilities, so accessibility for all is of great importance to us. 

For guests who require ease of access, the estate has an elevator, accessible washrooms and showers, ramps, and a beach buggy that can transport family members to and from the beach. Unlike other Costa Rica rentals, we’ve designed the estate to ensure that no one gets left out due to accessibility needs.

Yes, very! We have young children ourselves and know that traveling together is important. As such, we try to make it as comfortable as possible for family members of all ages, from the youngest baby to the eldest grandparent.

We have three cribs and two high chairs. The only thing we really recommend bringing if you need is your own baby monitor!
