Villa Punto de Vista accommodates 24 adults or a group of 27 adults and children in our 10 air-conditioned suites.
To accommodate larger groups, several additional villa rentals are available within our immediate area, including one right next door, and there is also several ocean-view hotel just 5 minutes away.

To allow time for you and your guests to plan and make travel arrangements, we recommend confirming your dates with Villa Punto de vista no less than 8 -12 months in advance, many times the Villa is booked 12 -15 months in advance by our couples. For specific dates, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible!
The villa is also an event venue and contains large event areas and infrastructure (such as 2 sets of public restrooms, an elevator, etc.) not found in any other villa rental. It is for the use of these spaces for an event that the fee is charged. Also, we provide your party with two Punto de Vista service staff members for the wedding to keep everything tidy and keep the public restroom clean thought the event.
No! For absolute indulgence & relaxation. Included complimentary of the rental of exclusive Villa Punto de Vista is our pre-arrival concierge. The pre-arrival concierge acts as a private travel agency for you and your guests. You are more than open to use outside agencies, but with over 100 bookings we think we have gathered an excellent list of the best credible providers for accommodations, tours, transportation & services. We are sure to only work only with providers with a positive track record, just as importantly trained professionals (guided tours/drivers/services as well as verifying insured operators! For accommodation, the villa is able to get usually special pricing offered as Punto de Vista guests and additional benefits!
The Manuel Antonio areas have temperatures that stay around 25-30 degrees Celsius, or 75 to 85 degrees Fahrenheit, throughout the year. Rains are more likely around late May and beginning of November.
We suggest that the bride’s and her attendants’ attire should take into consideration the warm tropical temperatures. The attire for the wedding party and attending guests is customarily casually elegant and comfortable. See what some of our wedding parties have chosen in our wedding photo gallery.
Yes, we do have a recommendation for both a local & International photographers as well as professional Videographers. Although, each planner might have their own contacts, some couples have frequently organized their own destination photographer & videographer.
We have a professional steamer on site for your use (Jiffy J-2000 Garment Steamer*) and a professional Cleaning Service in town that picks up at the villa for any specific needs. *The steamers is complimentary item.
Weddings at Villa Punto de Vista are fantastic year-round. Our Whale Watch season is most likely going to be offering sunny mornings most days (plenty of time to enjoy the beach, pool time, tours, and activities) but afternoon showers are common like in any tropical location. Also, rain in the rainforest is a magical experience not to be missed! There is more wildlife this time of year including the famous migration of Humpback Whales arriving from the tip of South America to mate and raise their young. The whales give off incredible shows in famous Manuel Antonio Bay which can often be seen right from the terraces of the villa! So in summary, a little afternoon rain doesn’t mean a remarkable stay or event can’t happen in Whale Watch Season and this rainy season video is a great example!
