Magnificent property for a truly magical event

Everything was beyond perfect. Every view, room, and feature completely breathtaking. Each day was better than the next. All of our guests were in awe and jaws were dropped with every corner turned. The staff was absolutely incredible and we’ve never felt better taken care of. And most importantly, all of our friends and family remarked on it being amongst the best experiences of their lives. Many tears were shed at checkout as we were sad it had to end, but so very happy it happened.

Everything we expected and more!

We are a group of 6 couples aged 40-60 who travel 5 star and stay in luxury villas often. Punto de Vista was one of our favorites. It started with Gloriela months before assisting with our itinerary and provisions. The professionalism and attention to detail were impeccable. Upon our arrival, we were blown away with the architecture and how well laid out the villa is. It’s absolutely picturesque. The location couldn’t be better as it sits right in the middle of nature at its finest. Monkeys, sloths and Tucans surrounded us daily. The beach was a beautiful 10 minute walk...

Many people say that Manuel Antonio is the quintessential Costa Rican destination. You have the ocean and surfing, the wildlife and exploration, as well as the Tico hospitality. We love our country, but we do think there’s something extra special about Manuel Antonio.

There is so much to do and see that it’s impossible to do it all in one week. What airport do you fly into for Manuel Antonio?

(SJO) – International Airport – Juan Santamaria International Airport

In the capital city, San Jose, Costa Rica. (Not Puerto Rico the island 😉)

(QBX)- Domestic Airport – Quepos Domestic Airport

This would be the domestic airport you would use if you were to choose domestic or private air travel within the country.

Do they speak English in Costa Rica?

While Costa Rica’s official language is Spanish, many “Ticos” (the loving slang term for Costa Ricans) understand and speak English quite well. They are known for their easy-to-understand accent. Even if they do not speak English that well, Ticos will always try to communicate warmly with the best Pura Vida attitude!

Plus, our team speaks English, so you’ll have a translator for anything you need and will be able to communicate seamlessly with your pre-arrival concierge and property staff.

What are some things to do in Manuel Antonio that are “off the beaten path”?

We actually wrote a blog about this here!

Can I do whale watching near the villa?

During whale watching season, which runs from August to October, yes! Here’s a post about it.
