Stop Thinking and Just Enjoy!
How many adjectives are there for superb? Not enough characters allowed in this review to describe the experience. Ritz Carlton should take notes from this place. Truly one of the most blessed experiences I have ever had. From the time you get there until the time you leave…when you get home it won’t feel like home anymore and you will wish you were back. Thank you to David and all of the wonderful people that made our +15 group have such a memorable time. Seriously…nightly food by a chef, service that knows what you want before you do, live music at dinner if you wish, a view that pictures will never do justice, and the rooms and common areas of the villa will make you wonder what you did wrong in life not to wake up to them every morning. I have been blessed with the opportunity to travel many places in my time so far and this one will be impossible to beat. Again, thank you to all of those that made my engagement one that will always be one of my favorite memories.

Magnificent property for a truly magical event
Everything was beyond perfect. Every view, room, and feature completely breathtaking. Each day was better than the next. All of our guests were in awe and jaws were dropped with every corner turned. The staff was absolutely incredible and we’ve never felt better taken care of. And most importantly, all of our friends and family remarked on it being amongst the best experiences of their lives. Many tears were shed at checkout as we were sad it had to end, but so very happy it happened.

Amazing experience!
We stayed here for 4 days for our wedding with family and friends. Both villas are absolutely beautiful (bedrooms, common areas, everything). The thing that really made our stay unforgettable was the amazing staff, they were so kind and so attentive- they didn’t miss a thing. The villa is also situated right in the jungle so we had lots of exciting animal sightings! We truly had the best time imaginable and can’t wait to be back!

Exceeded Expectations!
We rented both villas to host our daughter’s wedding January, 2023. Our entire experience exceeded expectations. The villas are stunning! Moneys, sloths, and toucans were regular visitors. The staff was incredible – Jossue and Diego and the crew went above and beyond to ensure an exceptional experience. Our guests are still raving about the experience. Just wow! Exceptional!

Incredible Wedding Weekend!
My husband and I booked Villa Punto de Vista for our wedding weekend. I cannot begin to explain how incredible this villa is. The location, the beauty, and the rooms far exceed expectations and pictures do not do the villa justice. While the villa is amazing, the villa staff is phenomenal. They went above and beyond to take care of our guests. Diego and Jossue anticipated every need/ask. Rosa took care of everyone each morning for breakfast. The entire staff made sure that we had a stress-free weekend and that everyone had an amazing time.

The Definition of Luxury Vacation!
Villa Punto De Vista was our original destination wedding venue prior to the pandemic. When the travel insurance company denied our claim, David was kind enough to let us rebook when he had availability. We were finally able to rebook in May and it was definitely worth the wait! From working with Ivonne and Gloriela at the pre-arrival concierge for airport transportation and scheduling the itinerary (excursions, dinner, and misc. activities) to meeting our on-site concierge, Diego, Jossue, and Jackson, as well as the rest of the staff for all, and I mean ALL, our needs. The staff really made our stay memorable and enjoyable. They were patient and very attentive to everything. They even set up the beach for us when requested, complete with chairs, umbrellas, towels, cornhole/toys, cooler with drinks, etc. – the icing in the cake. In addition, they set up a cocktail hour w/live music for us during the week, which was such a pleasant surprise! The food by WOW chef was five stars. Every meal we had was delicious. Our fellow travel companions could not stop raving about how perfect our trip was. The Villa itself is so beautiful and indescribable. We will definitely be back when we renew our vows. Words cannot express how satisfied and grateful we are for the experience. Our best vacation yet! We were sad to leave! Many thanks to David and all his staff! ¡Pura Vida!

The wedding weekend of our dreams – BEYOND expectations!
We booked both villas for a 4 day wedding extravaganza for 35 of our closest friends and families. When I say that the entire weekend was perfect, I am not exaggerating. Even before we arrived in Costa Rica, the pre-arrival concierges made sure all details were in place and arranged for all of our transports (no easy feat!) We were greeted by the friendliest staff who attended to all of our needs throughout the entire stay. The villas are breathtakingly gorgeous with stunning views, infinity pools, and wildlife visitors (birds, monkeys, and sloths!) This was the wedding of our dreams and even better than we could have possibly imagined. 10/10 would recommend, we are already dreaming about our return.

Villa Punto de Vista is the most amazing, breathtaking place I’ve ever seen in my life. We picked this venue for our Costa Rica wedding based on pictures only. When we went there in person, we were absolutely blown away. The pictures do not even begin to do it justice, and I’m not being hyperbolic. When we first arrived I couldn’t stop saying “how does this place even exist!?”
To be perfectly honest, after spending that kind of money on the venue, we were feeling a little bit of buyer’s remorse since there are other venues in the area that were significantly cheaper; however, after being there in person and experiencing the unparalleled service that PDV has to offer, we couldn’t be happier and think that the price is actually cheap for what you get. If you’re on the fence about it, think no further: Punto de Vista is in all likelihood the very best you’ll ever experience in your life.

Each room is designed more beautifully than the next
Prior to having our wedding at Villa Punto de Vista, we weren’t sure if it actually existed. The reviews and pictures were too good to be true. Luckily for us, it does exist and the pictures do not do it justice! We had our wedding of 65 people here and all of our guests were beyond satisfied with the Villa and its service. In addition to the wedding we had a spa day, welcome party and chef dinner. Each experience special in its own way. If you feel the need to venture out of the Villa, it is located near the most beautiful beach. We spent the day after our wedding recovering on the beach with pizza, delivered to us by the staff.
The architecture is like no other place I’ve seen. Each room is designed more beautifully than the next. But the most incredible part of the Villa is it’s staff. From phonecalls with the owner prior to booking, to multiple conversations with the pre-arrival concierge and to finally spending the weekend with the staff who went out of their way to ensure we had the best time. We cannot thank them enough for making our wedding more perfect than we could have ever imagined.
If you are even considering a destination wedding or a trip to Costa Rica, don’t make the mistake of missing the opportunity to stay at Villa Punto De Vista.
