The most memorable and high-touch stay at Punta de Vista!

We just returned from the best family vacation we have ever taken at Punta de Vista.

Our experience began with warm, professional and prompt responsiveness from Sabrina who helped us book the stay after answering many questions about accommodations for my elderly father and other logistics.

Once booked, Gloriela began planning activities for the 12 of us from transfers from our hotel in Arenal to daily adventures including kayaking, horseback riding, hiking and dinners. She took into account the various levels of mobility and booked appropriate and fun activities for us all. Once we arrived at the villa, we were stunned at the beauty of the home and the setting. We enjoyed seeing sloths and monkeys from our balconies and even had monkeys approach the pool and breakfast area on a few occasions, much to the delight of the children. David has designed accommodations that are luxurious with stunning views at every turn, with spaces for family dinners, quiet reading, movie watching and even spa services.

The villa was kept spotless with daily housekeeping and fresh linens and towels. The real differentiator at Punta de Vista, however, is the level of service provided by the team. They deserve so many accolades for their genuine care and obvious delight at serving guests. Every touchpoint we had with Raoul, Erick, Jackson, Harold, Francisco and Jossue was lovely, and we could tell that they approach their jobs with pride and from their hearts.

We appreciated the small touches like the cold towels on arrival and finding sloths to show the kids, but were really blown away and touched by all of the surprises from them, which included extravagant fruit trays, live entertainment and a beach bbq. We all remarked that we might never be able to create a vacation like that again together as a family. Throughout our entire stay, the team was welcoming, accommodating, generous and warm. We hope to return to Punta de Vista in the future and know that when we do, we will be greeted with the highest levels of hospitality and warmth.

Will Be the Best Trip of Your Life

The facilities managers (Diego and Jossue) and the entire staff are unrivaled. They will make your stay feel like heaven on earth and they treat every person in your group like royalty. If there’s a better place to vacation, I’ve never seen or heard of it, and my wife and I have vacationed all over the world! The food is the best you’ve ever had. If you like wildlife then this is a no brainer; monkeys, sloths, parrots, iguanas, toucans all can be seen from your balcony while you’re sitting in your robe drinking coffee. The house itself is something that you have to honestly see to believe (the pictures don’t even do it justice). If you want a beach day then the staff will set you or your group up with a full service beach day where the only work you’ll have to do is to turn the page of the book you’re reading or cracking open one of the great local beers that will already be iced down waiting on you at the beach. If you’re into sports fishing then you probably already know that Costa Rica is second to none, where you will catch blue marlin, yellow fin tuna, sailfish, and mahi mahi barely out of sight from the resort. If you’re debating where to take your next vacation then do yourself a favor and stop debating it and make the decision to choose Punta De Vista. I promise you will talk about this trip the rest of your life and you will also will more than likely have a return trip booked before you leave.

Incomparable!

I’ve truly never experienced a stay like I had at Villa Punto de Vista! The property itself and amenities were as good as it gets. I was blown away when I arrived. I really miss the view from the perfectly heated at all times pool. The real standout of the experience for me was the staff. Everyone working there is so genuinely kind and helpful. The definition of going above and beyond! I really enjoyed meeting them. I’d recommend staying here to anyone!

From start to finish, this is the absolute best place I have ever stayed. From pre-trip planning to the on-site daily concierge who is making sure your stay is memorable. These guys have knocked it out of the park and are the absolute best in the business. This knocks the socks off any high-end resort we have ever stayed at.
