Your pre-arrival concierge is in charge of preparing Villa Punto de Vista for your stay. They not only know the villa intimately, but is our Costa Rica expert. He will help coordinate your transportation, recommend activities, plan tours, and stock the kitchen prior to your arrival.

Our Pre-Arrival Concierge makes trip planning easy and turn-key. Also, all services, tours, and activities booked through our pre-arrival concierge or butler are at-cost. We do not mark them up in any way.
What your pre-arrival concierge is to your vacation preparations, Luis is to your stay at Villa Punto de Vista. Luis is the villa’s estate manager, onsite butler, and bartender. In other words, he’ll attend to your every need, and will work diligently to keep you comfortable and genuinely involved throughout your stay.
ON-SITE CONCIERGE
Luis will be glad to make personal recommendations while on your stay, help book additional tours, dining reservations, order groceries and take-out among other arrangements.
LOCAL TRANSPORTATION
Never worry about getting around. Luis will assist in calling for transportation in the Manuel Antonio area for you and your group. Even un-scheduled airport trips or ventures beyond.
BARTENDING
Luis can prepare the Villa’s signature drinks during your stay. Though he is not a full-time bartender, he will be happy to schedule bar services at designated times – or arrange for a full-time bartender.
DINING / GROCERY DELIVERY
For all things food, turn to Luis. He’ll recommend local restaurants, arrange for delivery, and even restock the kitchen upon request.

Luis can work with a local chef as well as villa staff to prepare a lovely beach BBQ or picnic for a Costa Rican on-the-beach experience like no other!

Once you’re on-site, you’ll be provided with your property concierge contact information so you’ll always be able to get in touch with them when you need assistance!
Transportation to and from the villa isn’t included in the stay, but can be arranged for you by your pre-arrival concierge. In fact, we recommend that since it makes the experience much more seamless than booking on your own.
During your stay, the concierge can drive you to places close by in the beach buggy or help you call for a taxi service to ensure your safe transportation to and from the villa.
Yes! And unlike most villas in Costa Rica, it doesn’t need to be requested – it is a part of your stay, just as it would be in a luxury resort.
