Our large luxury villa is located only a minute from the beach and is close to many of the hottest attractions on the western coast of Costa Rica, starting with Manuel Antonio National Park. Called a treasure of the country, this Central American Park is home to native species of flora and fauna. Plan to take a hike along the trails while visiting or just relax at any of the beaches. Upon building Villa Punto de Vista, we were careful to design the villa with sustainability in mind. The villa was intentionally built vertically as opposed to horizontally to lessen the footprint, both environmentally and physically. The result is a stunning structure carefully crafted with locally-sourced materials to ensure the most stunning views of the coast.

What are some additions you’d recommend for a perfect Costa Rican vacation?

Excursions, for sure! Exploring the nature surrounding the villa, whether that’s via a local spice farm tour or an adrenaline junkie activity like ziplining or canyoning, is always a highlight for our villa guests. 

We can also offer services like massages on the rooftop deck, a private yoga class by the infinity pool, a guitarist or trio for dinnertime music, private chefs so you don’t have to cook (we do include a chef-cooked breakfast every morning for each stay), and even babysitters if you’re bringing the little ones along. 

Our private guest portal will outline all the additional services and excursions we can book on your behalf to make your vacation pure perfection.

What makes Villa Punto de Vista different from other hotels in Manuel Antonio?

Well, we’re not a hotel, actually! 

We’re a private resort property with two exclusive, connected villas that can be rented solo or together. Our owner and architect designed the property with groups in mind, so you can’t book one room only like you can at hotels. We are very much a group property and rent our villas as such.

We would like to say that our product offers a unique blend of resort and villa, as you get the five-star service of a resort but the privacy of a stand-alone villa.

Unlike other villas in the area, we offer a fully-staffed villa with concierge, housekeeping, and security at all times.
