Our attentive staff is here to help you enjoy your ideal Costa Rica day. After greeting you upon your arrival, we’ll escort you to your en-suite guest room with luxurious spa features and a spectacular bay view. With a private attendant, you’ll enjoy gorgeous days while taking in the atmosphere.
Your concierge can recommend and reserve off-site activities, book additional services like a private chef and stock the kitchen prior to your arrival.

The concierge will arrange air or ground transportation as your group arrives in Costa Rica and travels to the estate. Manuel Antonio’s regional airport (QUEPOS) has daily 20-minute flights from San José (SJO). A private luxury van service can escort you from the Manuel Antonio airport to the Villa Punto de Vista estate.
Some guests land in San José and book a private van service from the capital, an approximately 2.5-hour ride along a brand-new scenic highway. Your concierge can also arrange private charter flights or helicopter service to Manuel Antonio.
At Villa Punto de Vista, we pride ourselves on our guest experience. Once you confirm your dates, you’ll be emailed to set up a login for your exclusive guest portal. Here, you can schedule a call with your pre-arrival concierge to review the desires and details of your stay. They will also review dates you should book excursions by, how to manage guest transportation, etc.
From there, you can review all the information in your guest portal and use the drag-and-drop itinerary-building feature. Your pre-arrival concierge will review the itinerary with you and book everything on your behalf. Prior to your arrival, we’ll connect and ensure all your desired activities, additions, and inclusions are reserved and ready for you.

Yes, we require a damage deposit. We’ll return your security deposit, minus any repairs, within four weeks of check-out.
