From the moment you arrive, you are in good hands! The villa’s Estate Manager is also your butler/bartender and on-site concierge for the duration of your stay. He sees to it that every guest is well attended, informed and relaxed! Housekeeping, Laundry, Maintenance and Security staff keep the villa tidy and running smooth.
PRE-ARRIVAL CONCIERGE
Leave every logistic to us! Our experienced concierge will arrange everything from air/ground transportation to the villa to pre-stocking for an all-inclusive style experience! The concierge will also assist in selecting a chef as well as booking eco tours, adventure activities and spa/massage services.

With a breathtaking view from the dining terrace, start the day with a cup of locally harvested Costa Rican coffee & fresh tropical fruit along with a complimentary full-breakfast of eggs to order, bacon, pancakes and more! Take-in the views and wildlife from the villa’s double-infinity-edge pool off of the first-floor living area with covered pool lounge. A local chef can grill a fresh catch pool-side.
ROOF-TOP JACUZZI
The stunning roof deck features a 10-person solar-heated Jacuzzi with a commanding 270 degree view of the Manuel Antonio Bay. You will swear you were soaring!
THREE VILLA SOCIAL/EVENT AREAS
All event-sized areas feature full bars with ice-machines and under-counter refrigeration. Wall-mounted iPad Mini’s allow control of music to meet your own unique taste.

The villa’s Game Room features a pool table, entertainment system and wet-bar in it’s own three-room suite. The villa’s Media Room is equipped with a 10′ projection screen, high-fidelity audio, PlayStation 4 and a small business center.

Enjoy a top quality chef for lunches/dinners as desired. Villa chefs use only the freshest ingredients with locally- caught seafood served on the dining terrace, pool-side or even on the beach! (Chef services not included).

The villa’s 6 floors are all connected by a speedy 6-person OTIS™ elevator for your convenience! In addition, ramps, two sets of accessible public restrooms and showers are also a fundamental part of our offering for the elderly and handicapped.

Whether you are in your guest room or in any of the villa’s social areas, there is always a room or social area iPad with Apple’s FaceTime app to speak to Luis the butler personally and your wish is our command!
Beach Butler Service
Villa Punto de Vista staff will set up chairs, tables, umbrellas, etc. all before you arrive. A cooler of cold spring water and drinks are brought from the villa with a private attendant at your service. A Chef will prepare a beach-front tropical delight, from a savory picnic lunch to an authentic Costa Rican beach BBQ!
Beach Buggy Service
The villa is only a short 5-minute walk to a golden-sand beach, and always within earshot of the sea. But the acquisition of our 6-Passenger, 2014 Polaris Ranger Crew Buggy really puts the villa on the sand!
Villa Punto de Vista offers a wide range of luxury services and amenities as well as on and off-site activities, offering the comforts of home, the extravagance of a five-star rainforest retreat, and all set in an exotic location beyond compare! The villa is staffed and rented with inclusive packages designed to make your stay as hassle-free as possible – allowing you to focus more fully on enjoying your vacation. Our team strives to anticipate your every need and fulfill any additional requests you may have.
First-world comfort, even in the rainforest, is our objective, and we have met the challenge with the following systems to ensure both comfort and the smooth operation of any stay or event. Back-up Generator, Water Reservoir, Water Heating Redundancy System, Roof Top Tent.
Essentially, this means you can rent either Villa Punto de Vista, which can accommodate up to 30 guests, Villa La Isla, which can accommodate up to 24 guests, or do an estate buyout where your group has both villas for up to 54 guests.

As we’re a private luxury resort, we want to provide you with a personalized and exclusive booking experience. We want to make sure the villa is perfect for your group’s needs so we can customize a proposal for you. So, we like to hear from you before you book!
While our base packages aren’t all-inclusive, we can create an all-inclusive experience for you. We’re happy to pre-stock Villa Punto de Vista with beverages, mixers, snacks, and groceries upon request and at cost. However, unlike a resort, we never mark up for pre-stocked items!

Flexibility: With so many adventures in Manuel Antonio, from sport fishing to canopy tours, it’s likely you’ll miss at least a few meals at the villa. And we won’t make you pay for something you don’t need.

We’ve based this list on the amenities you’ll find at the estate, so you will be able to savor every moment of your Costa Rican escape stress-free.
At Villa Punto de Vista Estate, we take pride in caring for the environment, from our avocado-made utensils to our compostable sugarcane husk food packaging and more. Reusable bottles can save a lot of plastic from reaching landfills and, eventually, our oceans. Regardless of whether you are able to bring a reusable water bottle or not, we appreciate your support in taking care of the environment!

We offer convenient delivery services from pharmacies and grocery stores to get you basic medicine and toiletries you may need (contact solution, sunblock, Tylenol, aloe vera, tampons, body lotion, etc.). Simply contact your concierge!
